We collect personal information directly from you when you contact us, submit an enquiry through our website, or engage us for services. We also collect limited technical information automatically when you use our website, as described under Cookies and analytics.

Service providers
We use third-party service providers to operate our business and deliver our services. These providers process personal information on our behalf and under our instructions, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. They include Microsoft (Microsoft 365 and Azure), which we use to receive, process and respond to enquiries submitted through our website, and our website analytics providers (see Cookies and analytics below).
Some of these providers may store or process information outside New Zealand. Where information is processed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected by comparable privacy safeguards, consistent with the Privacy Act 2020.
We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose personal information where required or authorised by law.
Storage, security and retention
We store your personal information securely and limit access to staff who need it to do their work. We take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration.
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by law, after which we securely delete or anonymise it.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device to measure activity such as the pages you view and how long you stay, which helps us understand and improve the experience. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-focused and does not use cookies.
You can manage analytics cookies at any time. You can opt out of analytics on this site, block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it if you believe it is wrong. To make a request, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond as soon as reasonably practicable and within the timeframes required by the Act.
